Exterior changes require prior approval
Lot improvements and exterior changes require prior written architectural approval. Residents should submit an ARC request before starting work rather than relying on an informal conversation.
Pineloch quick reference
This page highlights restrictions that have been traced to Pineloch's Declaration. It intentionally does not invent generic HOA rules where the source documents have not established them.

Questions before work?
Use the ARC process so the request and decision are documented.
Lot improvements and exterior changes require prior written architectural approval. Residents should submit an ARC request before starting work rather than relying on an informal conversation.
Perimeter fences are prohibited. Non-perimeter decorative fences require prior ARC permission; side and rear fences are limited to six feet, and corner-lot fence or wall placement is restricted near the sidewalk.
The Declaration allows temporary parking for loading or unloading for up to 24 hours. Longer storage is addressed in the garage or at the rear or side of the home rather than as long-term front-driveway storage.
Vehicle parking is tied to paved areas, and the Declaration requires concrete driveways. Property-specific zoning or county rules can add separate requirements.
Owners are responsible for maintaining the lawn and shrubs on their lot. Enforcement still has to follow the Association's governing documents and applicable law.
Utility, drainage, and water-retention easements are recognized by the Declaration. Their actual location comes from the recorded plat, deed, or other property records.
Pineloch's source review has not established a two-pet limit, generic 10 PM–8 AM quiet hours, clubhouse or pool rules, or a blanket rule copied from another HOA. Those items are therefore not presented here as Pineloch restrictions.
