Help us build a complete picture for the auditor. If you received fines, fees, liens, or legal actions from the prior board or South West Property Management that you believe were unauthorized — especially for lawn, trees, and landscaping that the covenants state the HOA is responsible for — please report them here.

All reports are confidential and will be shared only with the board and the independent auditor. We are collecting information going back to 2006 (20 years). Per FL Statute 720.303, the association is required to maintain official records — your reports help us reconstruct what may be missing.
